CEO Reaction

At a Spring, 2013 de-briefing with the CEO and Strategic Decision team from a major international corporation, the CEO stated:  “When the team approached me with the idea of using this tool to explore the issue, I thought it was bullshit.  But after today, I want this tool used for every important decision we make.”  This particular exploration, on a possible entry into a new business area, was significant in informing corporate leadership (in Japan) and getting approval for a multi-million dollar investment.
