Described as a “quirky” series about the government, experiment-driven town, a message about this series should have been posted a long time ago. Along with “Black Mirror” and the latest “Severance,” this is a series where every episode is about “Unintended Consequences.” In Eureka’s case, it’s the unintended consequences of experiments, technologies, etc. Many episodes are “predictive” of today’s technologies: a “smart house” that has a relationship with an AI-driven sheriff, and self-driving cars, are just easy examples.
