Participant Comment on the Wheel

A participant in one of Joel’s recent presentations said that the Implications Wheel “holds back judgment until more data is available.”  That’s a good line and very similar to what Joel experienced with the merger/acquisition work that NorWest (Wells Fargo) did — the process slowed down mergers/acquisitions — but made the implementation much more successful.
