+50/-50 Triumph or Catastrophe

It’s an “approved” item on the list for upgrades. And I’m going to add it to Facilitator Training and Highly Facilitated Workshops.

+50’s and -50’s are going to require a “reason,”  an explanation.  It can be added in a couple different ways:

1.  The reason for a +50/-50 can be put into the “Details” section of the implication.  It’s a simple step of exiting scoring, editing the implication, and returning to scoring.

2.  The reason for a +50/-50 can be recorded on a note card, with a reference to the implication so that you can record it in the software later (recommended).

3.  We’ve discussed this and feel that having a reason for a +50/-50 is valuable, understanding why the team feels this is a ‘triumph” or “catastrophe.”

I’m going to work on some options for implementing this.  The first I want to experiment with is an “Index Card” the team can be given quickly to record the +50 or -50 and their reason. The second option is a “Sticky Note” that we’re now using in explorations.
