Abilene Paradox

Understanding the Abilene Paradox, thanks to an Implications Wheel Facilitator, led to the addition of “Agreement Scoring” to the Implications Wheel. This, in turn, led to some very interesting understandings about different points-of-view. In particular, the “Youth Alcohol and Drugs” exploration demonstrates the power of both conflict and agreement scoring.
